The Shadow

I knew it was time to move the night I saw the shadows in the window. There had never shadows before Chloe’s murder. I knew one had to be a man due to sheer size and I was trying to talk myself off the ledge I recognized the other shadow. I knew Marisa’s shadow like the back of my hand and knew she had gotten in with the wrong crowd, but this was too much. No way could she have a part in murdering Chloe. When Marisa herself disappeared, I knew she had been the mastermind of the entire plan.

  1. We think we know other people. But we don’t always, do we?

  2. Very ominous and a frightening realization for the MC.

  3. Lots of intrigue going on here. She should come in off the ledge. Definitely.

  4. Good to identify the mastermind but what to do next?
