Cornwell Chronicles – Page 4 – Kate Cornwell: Stories of my life

Obvious Cry for Help

Always knew my name But you crossed it off the cards Never wonder why

Long hot bleak summers Lengthy days will never end Huge, vast universe

Only be yourself Your life is better than none Care about your dreams

You are deeply drawn Drawn between the lines Please will you live free

Not your decision To no longer trust instincts Get out of your head

Strengthening anger Left a path of destruction Overwhelming pain

Never tell me lies Because I know your secrets Always need to fly

Final decisions I felt better after all Having said goodbye

Don’t talk about it But steer clear of enemies Loss everlasting

Worry about me As I worry about you Throw anger outside
