The Ruins

I knew I was in for a treat when we got to the ruins. The ruins were everything I had ever dreamed of, but was confident I would never see. Since I quit my job last year, I never thought I would be here. I hadn’t been able to force myself to stay in a position that was so miserable – the work, the customers, my coworkers – but hadn’t planned ahead for when I walked out the door for the last time. When I accidentally stumbled onto the map, I knew what I had and I knew where the treasure was.

  1. What a great concept! Persevering with work to leave and see a dream and find the treasure. Wonderful! I realised my dream with my love of castles in 2019…just before Covid. Was amazing!
