Wire Birds

I knew my next plan was going to be a good one. I just couldn’t tell everyone about what I was going to do. I knew Eileen would either belittle my plan or steal it. And this time, I think she would probably steal my idea. I had shown one of my birds around the internet and had gotten a huge response so I knew this would finally be my chance. I just had to keep it under wraps until everything was finished and ready to go.

I needed to make sure I could get the birds out of my apartment and into a safe place where Eileen couldn’t find them. As soon as I had any money coming in, she would get suspicious. She would start searching my apartment for everything and anything that could possibly make her money. When we first met, Eileen and I had become fast friends. Fast friends until she found out I had any skills with art. Then she quickly turned her back on our friendship and started to duplicate my art. I hadn’t realized she was two-faced until I saw her peddling an exact replica of my art at her recent art show.

Over the next few days, I started to slowly smuggle my wire birds out of our small apartment and into my new studio. The studio I was funding with cash and hadn’t told anyone about. That was until Eileen broke into my apartment and stole everything I had worked on.
